For Professionals

A copy of your professional technician/aesthetician  license, salon/spa business license, or proof of study is required to create an  account with Supply & Apply.


Shipping Fee

$15.00 Flat Fee rate within Canada if ordered from the website.

For international shipping, fee would depend on box dimensions, weight and monetary value of products. You can contact us for any concerns for international shipping.

Shipping Policy 

All products are shipped from our Canadian location. The customs office of the destination country may impose customs fees, import duties, taxes, and other charges to your international order. These additional charges required for customs clearance are the responsibility of the recipient. When your order arrives at customs either our shipper (ex. DHL) or the customs office will contact you directly to arrange for the payment of any charges that may be due.

Any shipments refused by the recipient and returned to us by customs will be refunded upon return with all shipping costs deducted. 

Exchange & Return Policy

We always make sure that all items are in the best condition and are always packed securely before being shipped out. 

Due to the health and safety concerns, we DO NOT accept returns, refunds, or exchanges on any gels, acrylics, liquids and polishes except for damaged items due to courier.

Any damages on orders must be notified ( within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Any fees for returning an item will be shouldered by the customers.
